Anna Espinoza Tofalos is an Environmental Engineer with a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences from the University of Milano Bicocca (Italy). With a solid knowledge of environmental microbiology applied to the bioremediation process, she is one of the founders of M3R – Monitoring and Management of Microbial Resources, a spin-off company of the University of Milano-Bicocca that works in the field on biological remediation of contaminated environments. At M3R, Anna is CTO and Responsible for chemical analysis and lab-scale feasibility tests. She is the author of 8 scientific publications and more than 15 contributions to international Congresses and Meetings. She has co-directed 7 master theses in Environmental Sciences and Biotechnology at the University of Milano Bicocca.
